My name is Shiona Davene, and I am passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies and access the innate healing abilities that exist within every person. I believe that massage offers a pathway to feeling whole, beautiful, and energized in our body and spirit. In my practice I focus on a balance between deep tissue work and the incorporation of more gentle, Swedish-style techniques.
